As teenagers, Anaïs, Déborah, and Océane discovered they would never carry life due to MRKH syndrome. Born without a uterus, they faced profound grief but held onto a daring hope: a uterus transplant. This documentary delves into their journey, exploring questions of motherhood, science, and miracles.

They still can’t believe it. In the recovery room, the two sisters meet again after an exceptional operation: Aurélie has just given her uterus to her little sister Anaïs. Born without this essential organ for carrying a child, the 36-year-old woman now allows herself to dream of having a baby. A crazy wish but possible. Three and a half years ago, Déborah benefited from the first French uterus transplant thanks to a donation from her mother. She is now expecting her second child. These women are surrounded by an extraordinary medical team: surgeons, anesthetists, nurses, midwives and researchers. The team has been working on this project for over ten years. After the success of the first two transplants, they are already preparing the next one.Crossed portraits of these three women united by the irrepressible desire to give life.
